A majority of Americans believe that President Joe Biden’s “Construct Back Better” program will have either no effect or a negative impact on their lives, with a complete plurality thinking the impact will be unfavorable. On the other hand, 50 percent of Americans disapprove of President Joe Biden’s task efficiency.
The November Emerson College nationwide survey discovered that while 50 percent of Americans Biden’s job as president, just 41 percent approve.
This marks an extreme turnaround from Biden’s February polling, in which 49 percent approved of his job efficiency, and 39 percent disapproved.
