Is Unlocking Closed and Indifferent Minds Possible?

By: Gary D. Barnett

“We are seeing a globalization of indifference. There is a culture of conflict, that makes us believe just of ourselves. Makes us live in soap bubbles which, however beautiful, are likewise insubstantial. We have actually become utilized to the suffering of others. It doesn’t impact me. Nobody in our world feels accountable.”

~ Jonathan Pryce

As need to be really apparent, this is a contentious subject, a double edged sword of sorts, and one that requires open and truthful explanation. It ought to be obvious, however it is not, that nobody can forcibly open another’s closed mind, or tame and stifle his indifference. No matter the power wielded, no matter the desired intent, no matter a gallant effort, wasted or not; each person is a special individual, regardless of his collective desires, or his cowardice in the face of difficulty and human suffering. Each of us has to concern his own conclusions, right or wrong, and while it is noble to attempt to inform and produce some reality and factor to those lacking the effort to willfully obtain understanding, it is an aggressive affront to demand compliance with one’s individual wishes. The indifference and lethargy that takes in the commoner, particularly in this present world of lost hope, the excellent aspiration of the masses for personal gratification above all else, the absence of private awareness and responsibility, and the severe tyranny being pursued by those who choose to rule over others, can not be treated by hostility, no matter the sorry state in which mankind finds itself today.

What has actually taken place to the human mind and behavior, is a plain tip of the relatively limitless flaws of man. To have reached this level of presence, required that society as an entire, had to forego nearly all typical and traditional thinking, responsibility, caring, and empathy, in favor of a cold and callous clearheadedness. While this may seem an extreme observance, is it truly? Consider the absolute mass department that has actually been enabled to take hold in this nation, the godawful habits now accepted as typical, the deliberate blindness to our societal predicament, the ‘confusion’ as to our natural human biology, the abuse and perversion versus children worldwide, and the allowance of total terror and lies at the hands of the ruling class, it media mouth pieces, and all its federal government pawns.

It is as if all human imagination, love, happiness, elegance, and duty, have been lost in a sea of ignorance, indifference, and hate. Possibly numerous believe that the only way to endure this insanity is to hide from it, but that is the reverse of any sensible option possible. It is the individual after all, that is our savior in times of extreme strife, psychological pressures, and the absurdities in life. At this point in time, we face not just our own devils, but the possibility of the annihilation of our species. This situation is that dire.

All of us know what has actually taken place in the previous few years, however that has been simply the culmination of a multi-generational decline in human morality and existence; none of it unintentional, consequential, or natural, as all of our ills are caused by those who purposely construct and specify the State’s story, and all those who enable it to occur without obstacle. In other words, positioning blame on one or the other, while hassle-free to weak minds, is asinine and shortsighted, as all who either aim to rule or willingly accept that rule, are at fault.

Many all of human presence and history has actually been consumed by theft, war, slaughter, killing, irresponsibility, confusion, immorality, self-pity, and dependence on the worst of mankind; the rulers, kings, presidents, congresses, dictators, and autocrats. The majority of all of this was voluntarily accepted, and that is the absurdity of our worldly presence.

In this nation called America, the masses have supported over and over once again, for all of our history, one aggressive war after another, where tens of millions of innocent males, women, and kids were slaughtered only in the name of ‘God’ or country. This happened not due to any real or legitimate defense, however due to a pathetic, easily fooled ‘public,’ who succumbed to horrendous nationalism rather of to moral concepts. In all these celebrations, most stood by without resistance, turned their heads, and even more common, applauded the murder of others at the hands of their rulers.

Any act of inhumanity voluntarily accepted without difficulty by any of you, any act of depravity versus others neglected, any act of aggressiveness by any private or country versus innocents left unanswered, whether one versus another, or whether sanctioned by this nation-state, is inhumane and indefensible. Nobody has a right to claim to be human in the face of inhumanity openly permitted.

Closed minds and indifference types an environment capable of discovering endless reasons for disregarding or accepting immorality, violence, and cruelty. This is not appropriate to any caring, caring, or thinking private. It is the essence of cowardice and unconfined apathy, and those who overlook the predicament of the aggressive harm of innocents, whether those assailants are people, gangs, or the heinous State, (however I duplicate myself) matters not.

It is not possible to open another’s mind, or eliminate his indifference to mankind, by force, as each independent individual needs to accept duty for himself alone. The rest of us can just inform, and supply truthful and compelling details to those going to listen. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink, and you can lead a closed-minded, indifferent, know nothing to the fact and obligation, however you can’t require him to accept it. This is the realty of human beings.

All who understand the value of genuine liberty, of independent and vital thinking, and who pursue a much better world of peace, consistency and true individual justice, are up versus massive odds, as history does undoubtedly assistance. We can never ever turn our backs and give up, for to do so, makes us the like those who trigger the madness. To quit means the loss of all that is excellent, and that world ought to be avoided at all expense.

“Indifference, Gundhalinu, is the strongest force in deep space. It makes whatever it touches worthless. Love and hate don’t stand a chance versus it. It lets overlook and decay and monstrous oppression go unchecked. It does not act, it allows. And that’s what provides it a lot power.”
