The Tradition of Tradition Admissions Is Not What the Critics Claim

In the aftermath of Trainees for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and its buddy case, race-based affirmative action is, for the many part, dead. While there are legitimate criticisms of this choice from the Right, the Left has taken the near opposite method.
