Finding food in the wild is among the terrific survival difficulties. The majority of us are not all that good at setting snares and traps for little game and even less understand much about foraging edible plants in the wild. We don’t actually admit it in so many words, but the typical prepper has an expectation that they can live off of searching big video game, if they ever need to.
