As quickly as it’s published, Florida will be accompanying Georgia and Alabama, also with personal complainants to submit suit,”the Florida guv stated.
“This is a guideline that is not constant with the Constitution and is not lawfully authored through congressional statutes,” he stated, adding that the federal government “can’t just unilaterally enforce medical policy under the guise of work environment guideline.”
“Which is precisely what they’re trying to do here,” he said. “This is attempt to insert policy through the bureaucracy in a manner that will be tough for a few of these individuals and personal parties to resist.”
OSHA launched the rule on Thursday, which forces companies with over 100 workers to carry out vaccine and screening requirements. It goes into effect January 4. Those who stop working to adhere will deal with $14,000 in fines per infraction at the start.
